FREQUENCY offers FREE standard shipping in Singapore.

If you have a specific delivery date request, please input this into the comments box at checkout.

Please allow 1 - 2 working days for the processing of your order and 3 - 5 working days for your parcel to arrive. However, kindly note that delivery may meet with delays during the festive seasons, which is not within our control.

Any cost incurred due to customer convenience such as change of delivery address would be borne by the recipient.

Shipping to Australia & New Zealand

For all Australian & New Zealand customers, item(s) will be shipped using Parcel Post provided by Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

 

International Shipping

FREQUENCY ships to most overseas countries with SpeedPost (please note that we may also ship with other international courier services). For international delivery, the postage is based on weight. If your country is not listed on our checkout page, please email us at frequencysg@gmail.com and we can advise you of the cost of postage and ship them to you.

Please allow 2 - 4 working days for the processing of your order, as we will need to verify your payment as part of our security process. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email and tracking number to confirm that your package is on its way. You may track your order status with our customer care at frequencysg@gmail.com for your order status.

Please allow 6 – 30 working days for your shipment to arrive. Delivery time may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. delay in customs clearance in the destination country, bad weather conditions).

Please note that certain countries impose custom tariffs/duties on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties charged by his/her respective government. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. All unclaimed parcels will be discarded in the destination country and no refunds will be made.
